小島 良喜（Yoshinobu Kojima）
1957年、兵庫県生まれ。
1975年以来、Star King Delicious、Kuwana Masahiro、Baker's Shop、塩次伸二などのロック・R＆Bアーティストのキーボード・プレイヤー／サポートミュージシャンとして活動。
1986年からの1年間は、 KUWATABANDのメンバーとしても活動した。
1980年代にはロサンゼルス、オークランド、サンフランシスコのトップミュージシャン、ジェフバクスター（Steely Dan Doooby Brothers .etc）、ゴードン・エドワーズ（Stuff.etc）、カルロス・ベガなど多くの地元ミュージシャンとのセッションに参加。世界の多くの有力ミュージシャンとも共演を果たす。
1994年後半からルイジアナ州ニューオーリンズに移り、Wild Magnolias、Rewardsなどのメンバーとして活躍。
米国とヨーロッパで数多くのツアーを行い、何十万人もの人々が集まった「ニューオーリンズジャズ＆ヘリテージフェスティバル」にも出演する。
ニューオーリンズを拠点に活動する中、教会のゴスペル音楽による経験は、現在のスタイルを作り上げる礎となった。
日本に帰国後はアルバムの録音、ライブ・コンサートのサポート、そして多くのアーティストのレコーディングにも参加。
2008年には初のソロ・アルバム「KOJIMA」をリリースし、音楽関係者からも好評を得た。
また、2016年にはセカンドアルバム「KOJIMAピアノソロ/アンソロジー」をリリースしている。
精力的にソロピアノツアーを行う一方、山木秀夫、金沢秀明とともにピアノトリオ「コジカナヤマ」を結成。40年以上に亘り、多くのセッションを行っている。
現在は井上陽水のツアーメンバーとしても活動。
今後も幅広く、多くのミュージシャンとの共演を続けていく。

Since 1975, he has been performing as a keyboard player and a supporting musician for rock and R & B artists such as Star King Delicious, Masahiro Kuwana,Haruji Kuwana Baker 's - Shop, Shinji Shiotsugu etc.
From 1986 he was also a member of KUWATA BAND. In the 1980s he participated in sessions with numerous top musicians in Los Angels, Oakland and San Francisco, and with many local musicians such as Jeff Baxter (Steely Dan Dobby Brothers .etc), Gordon Edwards (Stuff.etc), Carlos Vega.
He has also co-performed with many leading musicians in the world. From the latter half of 1994, he moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, and played as a member of Wild Magnolias, Rewards and more.
He performed in a number of tours throughout the US and Europe and appeared in "New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival" where hundreds of thousand of people gathered. Played gospel music at churches and the experience based in New Orleans can be said how Kojima has built his present style. After returning to Japan, he was busy recording albums, supporting live concerts and producing many artists, and finally released the first solo album "KOJIMA" in 2008.
In 2016, "KOJIMA SOLO PIANO ANTHOLOGY" was released. He is currently a tour member for Yosui Inoue and is doing his first solo piano tour in all over Japan. In addition, he is actively performing as a member of the trio "Kojikanayama" with Yamaki Hideo and Kanazawa Hideaki.
